So sorry for the confusion! The reason I asked if you saw a pop-up of "connection issue" -- sometimes, when the game fails to send our rewards, a pop-up appears saying there was connection issue. Here is a screenshot from my game yesterday👇 (I received it for Candy Royale)!
And, when it's game fault that we did not receive our rewards from the Episode Race, usually, the Episode Race icon will have a❗
Can you please tell me which device you were using to play the game?

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your reward after winning Episode Race!
Did you see a "connection issue" pop-up or you did not see any pop-up about the reward at all? Do you see a Red❗️at the Episode Race widget (on your map)?
