I’m thinking there is a glitch. The last key will not appear. Therefore there is no access to the yellow candies. Any ideas of what to do?

I’ve heard back from the team, and they’re working on improving this level.
Hopefully the tweak will be available in the game later today, so please keep an eye on it and try again once the update has reached your game.

I can see you really tested this level carefully, including using starting boosters and several in-game boosters, so I understand why this felt frustrating when you still weren’t able to collect all the keys and finish the level.
I can’t confirm from here whether the level has been changed or whether there’s an issue with the setup, but the screenshots, I’ll be able to pass this feedback on so it can be reviewed.
Also, the boosters that you used to test this has been returned to your game 😉
@CurtisyM You have checked the pass-rate for this level and it is normal? That surprises me, because I find it impossible to pass using any means at my disposal. This level must have been recently altered for some players, because the version I have is also impossible to pass. Here is my evidence.
I played all three starting boosters.
I played a party popper to open up the field. Usually this gives some luck:
I played the wrap+stripe combo. Still no key:

So excited to finally see a key I smashed it with a lollipop:
More good moves and boosters played:
After the UFO I got a colour bomb, which I made into this combo with the striped brush:
I then got a chance to create a double colour bomb combo using a lollipop here:
This is what happened after that:
I was unable to get all the keys. After we get the keys we are then have to match the lucky candies that drop, which will turn into yellow candies. That should take a few more moves as well.
Can anyone tell me how this level is NOT broken? Who are these players who supposedly caused the level to have a normal pass-rate? I assume they are players who had more moves. This is ridiculous! Some players now get enough moves for these levels and some have had their moves reduced so they are forced to spend gold bars to get past these mathematically impossible levels. This must stop! It is unfair business practices and this is not the only level that has been affected by the removal of moves this week.
@QueenB Perhaps I could have my boosters reimbursed that I used to test this out: one party popper, one UFO, one striped brush and two lollipops. Game ID 14907393367.

This level is definitely broken. I see 15 moves in my game, and the key does not appear. Please do NOT waste boosters on this and do not spend gold for extra moves !

I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue with level 7007!
I had a look on the system and could not detect an issue. The level has a normal pass rate and working as it should.
I would recommend doing some technical steps to prevent this from happening in the future. Please do the following:
