Ad freezes

Question

ad for TC4X Contoller freezes with no option to close it . Have waited up to two minutes and it is just frozen so have to close and restart app.

Hi @PM27 Welcome to the Community 🤗 I've also had adverts that either take ages to finish then still crash my game, or just go on and on forever. The only thing we can do is contact Player Support, telling them which advert, which day and what it did.  I contacted them last week about two adverts that were causing me problems.  You can contact Player Support by clicking on the Contact us below, then fill in all the required fields.

Hello @PM27🤗 Hearty Welcome to the King Community!

I am sorry to hear that one of the Ad has been freezing in your game!  I can understand how frustrating it must be as it results in lose your level progress, win-streak and the boosters as well!💛

When we experience issues with any of the Ads, the only way is to report those Ad(s) to King Player Support team directly from your game App.  Unless that particular Ad troubles a large number of players, I will not be able to escalate to the Community team!

Please follow below steps to report the Ad⬇️

* Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the Account & Help button in the Settings window;
* Click on "Help Center" (just below to your game ID number);
* Now, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
* The second option you see will be about "Reporting an Ad";
* Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.
