I'm deepe into the 17,000's, but the game has sent me back to level 1. What gives?

I am sorry to hear that you lost your game progress!
When did this happen? Which device are you using to play the game? Did you make sure that you are logged into the game through your regular account (Facebook or King account)?
If you are logged in but still finding yourself at level # 1, please tryπ log out of the game β wait for few minutes and log back in β if you still didn't get your progress back, play a level and finish it (win or lose - does not matter) β now, go back to the map again and check if the progress is back!
Please let me know how it goes and we will go from there!
