hello,

I login by facebook ID before, but the ID is invalid now because it’s blocked by facebook.

It cause l can’t login candy crush saga now

Could you provide Player Support Team email address directly?

Hello @14936687473.  We cannot access records for individual player accounts from this Community.  That is why you need to contact King's Player Support Team

To reach Player Support through your game, follow the steps provided by @QueenB.  They are listed below with additional details:

* Open your Candy Crush Saga game using your King logon credentials.  Do not tap the "Play" button.  Instead, tap on the gear icon ⚙️ to open your Settings
* Tap on the (>) to open the Account & Help section
* Tap on ? Help Center 
* Select the topic of the issue you are having such as "Save and sync your progress."  This will open a new list of topics, so tap on one such as "Merge your Facebook and King accounts."
* Scroll all the way down to the bottom of that article and tap the“Chat With Us” button.
* Explain that you used to play through Facebook, but you can no longer log in with that Facebook account, and that you have now connected the game to a King account. They can then check whether your previous progress can be restored.

This way our Player Support Team will have the details about your device and account and should be able to assist you 💚  You will get an automated reply from Player Support.  Once an agent is assigned, you will get a reply with a ticket number in the title.

I already create a KING account but I don’t see “chat with us” at bottom of page like the screenshot.

Hi @14936687473 , I’m sorry you’re having trouble getting back into your game.

If you can’t use your Facebook login anymore, the best next step is to create a King account and connect your game to it. Once your game is connected to a King account, please contact Player Support from inside the game and ask them to help restore your previous progress.

* Open Candy Crush Saga
* Go to Settings
* Tap Help Center
* Open an article related to lost progress or account issues
* Scroll to the bottom and tap Chat with us

When you contact Player Support, explain that you used to play through Facebook, but you can no longer log in with that Facebook account, and that you have now connected the game to a King account. They can then check whether your previous progress can be restored.
