Subject: Missing Boosters from My Candy Crush Account

Hello Candy Crush Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to report an issue with my Candy Crush account. When I opened the game, I noticed that all of my boosters had disappeared unexpectedly.

I had more than 500+ Color Bombs, 500+ Jelly Fish, and many other boosters that I had collected over a long period of time. They were all available before, but now they are completely gone.

I did not intentionally use them, and I am very disappointed because I spent a lot of time collecting these items.

Could you please investigate my account and restore my missing boosters if possible? I would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

I am very sorry to hear that you lost all your boosters from the game!

Which device are you using to play the game?  If using a mobile device, did you change your device or reinstall the game since the last time you played?
