Sugar drop levels disappeared after cool down.

Playing on regular PC. Am 62 & do not like limited screens on facebook or king.com. Sugar drop levels were close to cool down being over when I shut down at 3am Mon. When I came back to claim my 1st prize for stripe candy contest, there were no bouncing levels or sugar drop jars in levels. They are gone. Can I uninstall, reinstall or update w/o loosing my boosters?

Hi Pam!
Are you playing Candy Crush as an app in Windows 10?
Try using the Troubleshooter app from Microsoft: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/run-the-troubleshooter-for-windows-apps (Please note that you will need to be logged in with your Microsoft ID before you can use the tool)
You might also try a re-install of the game. I've found this tutorial on another thread on how to do it:
The last option we have to try and resolve this is to delete the app and reinstall it.
Before deleting the app let's make sure that all your progress is backed up.
If you usually play connected to Facebook then make sure the last level you played was while you were Facebook connected.
If you do not play connected to Facebook then you simply need to back up your progress to our Kingdom.
To create a Kingdom account please follow these steps:
1) Open the game on your device and tap the Settings button down in the bottom left hand corner.
2) Tap the Cogwheel
3) Now tap the orange and yellow Kingdom icon
4) Choose your avatar and nickname
5) Enter your email address
6) Choose a password and go back to the game.
You now have a Kingdom account which you can use to save your progress and play across multiple devices.
Once your progress is backed up you can now uninstall the game.
Please also note that any boosters or extra lives stored in the game may also be lost during this process
In order to uninstall the app:
1) Find the app icon in the Start menu.
2) Select the program, Right-click, then select Uninstall.
3) Follow the directions on the screen.
4) Restart computer.

I just want to know if King removed sugar drop levels from some players and not others and why? I lost hundreds of boosters trying to get sugar drops back by resetting game on my PC and reinstalling several times. I am not very good at passing hard levels and playing the sugar drops was the only daily enjoyment I got from the game. THIS IS NUTS.

Playing on Windows ten. Uninstalled and reinstalled and had sugar drops, then I logged in to save my progress and since it was an account I had already used it went back to level 500+ where I was when sugar drops disappeared. No sugar drop levels so I logged out of that and went back to a game starting at level 1 and still no sugar drops, so I unistalled and reinstalled again and am on level 40 with no signs of sugar drops. I am ready to quit this whole game. I am in my late 60s and getting sugar drops and boosters was one of my most enjoyable parts of the game. I lost hundreds of boosters trying to get sugar drop levels to come back=so frustrating I am done if sugar drop levels are gone for good. I am just not good enough at this type of game to progress much higher than I was so collecting sugar drops was a big part of my enjoying playing.

This has happened to me too

Music event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Why did you remove the music event?
Why did you just remove the music event from the app?? I had 18 more hours to complete and was on my last 3 laps and it just disappeared. I spent so much time and boosters just so you can do whatever you want? You’re not doing these events fairly
Can't log in through Facebook on new device, can't reconnect to Facebook on old device
As stated in title. Have made sure that both apps (FB and Candy Crush) are updated. Have also tried uninstalling FB to try to login via Web browser. Nothing seems to work. Any tips?
Music season
My music season progress just disappeared after winning the second tape on level 9..I had only 1 more tape left to win the 300 gold bars and the whole thing just vanished.. please help..

I have a android and I can't message the help bot, the message field is covered by the phones screen function buttons on the bottom, so you can't click on it to initiate typing. I can't even get a screenshot of it because the phone automatically crops out the function buttons. Make the text field bigger and higher so the…
