I lost my levels

so how do I sync the game on king cause it’s sync to Facebook and I lost all my levels so what the hell is going on since the new facebook ok update all my games are messed up

I’m already connect to Facebook I log out log back in nothing since the update with Facebook all my games took a hit is there a setting possibly turned off

Welcome to the community, @rich147! Do you have your game synced to Facebook or through a King account? If so, just log in by putting your password and email after clicking the button with the King symbol. If you don't have your game synced to either of these, then I'm afraid it will be near impossible to get your game back. P.S.
