Same here - no option to send lives and I am not playing in Facebook. The new version of CC caused this so, King - you had better remedy this glitch or that's the end of CC for me.
This Discussion is from 2019 @Granmums so whilst the issue has the same result as your issue it probably isn't caused by the same thing.
In your case the level rankings at the bottom of a level have been removed for now and in my opinion it isn't a glitch. There is nothing you can do to make them reappear.
You can still send lives to your friends though if you want to, but not ad quickly.
To send lives now you either have to respond to your friends life requests, or send lives one by one using the Friend tab of your Profile.
I tried logging out and loggin in. I tried shutting down, reinstalling but still no luck. What good is it to have your friends and cn't give them a life every now and then??
