I never received my awards for winning the weekly race 2 weeks in a row. How do I receive award?

    I just wanted to drop you a quick message to say thank you for joining the King community forum 🙏🏻

    King is constantly releasing new offers or events. Not all offers can be given to everyone. So these offer's are given through few groups. New offers are offered through the group for the exams. To get feedback on the player. 
    This feature has been rolled out to different players for a certain amount of time but not everyone will receive this.
    If you not received Rewards that mean you are now not under the testing group.

    I have not received my rewards for the Weekly Race in at least two weeks. How can I receive it? Thanks

    Hi guys, to add to what @Sukanta_Biswas wrote, there are 2 versions of the game.  The first version just tells you where you where you placed in the race for the week and there are no prizes rewarded.  The second version offers rewards.  So if you only got the first image below then you do not get the rewards.

    It shows rewards but I do not receive it.

    Hi @Tineke5, you got the second picture shown above showing the rewards?  Where are you looking for the rewards?  I'm not sure if the next level opens with the rewards or it gets added to your accumulation of boosters.

    Yes shows the awards but its not added or opens in next game.

    I am going to tag @Jelly Jenny who is the community moderator for this game.  She is not in today so we might not get an answer until tomorrow.  I would like her to find out where the rewards end up once you win it.
