time limit for new lives

I ran out of lives this morning and usually it takes just a short time to get more lives. But for some reason now it says that I have zero lives and won't get more for 2,661 minutes. That's like 44 hrs. Why is that? How do I fix it?

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
