How do I get my extra lives back

Hi @Connie_Shaw and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am sorry this happened to you. The extra lives we collect, same as the boosters, are stored in our device's memory. This way we can reach them even if we are offline. Unfortunately, this means that if we change the device or reinstall the game we will lose all extra lives and boosters. The only thing that is saved on King's servers is gold bars and progress. I know how inconvenient this is as it happened to me once but it is also handy to know it for the future use.
