Problems with screen turning black

Playing candy crush saga last week part of the screen was turning black it may be the booster icons or the score panel but I then stopped getting any rewards. I am playing on an iPad Pro iOS 12.3 someone suggested I may not have enough memory but I still have 39mb It appeared to correct itself for a few games but i am now having the same problem.

Very sorry to hear about the issue with the game on your device!! 39mb is NOT enough space for the Memory... it should be at least 2 GB for the games or any Apps to work properly

Hello again @jeanjalon, looks like typo again.... I am guessing it is 36 GB!!! Then, it should be more than enough
