Last week part of candy crush saga was turning black, maybe the icons or the score panel I was not getting any rewards.i am using an iPad Pro ios12.3 with 39gb of memory. It appeared to correct itself but very quickly the same problem is occurring.

Touch Settings.
Scroll to and touch General.
Touch Software Update.
If an update is available, touch Download and Install.
Read the terms and conditions and touch Agree.
Touch Agree.
Wait for the update to download.
