I am playing on an iPad and the same thing happens at level 2908 (making a diagonal move uses up two moves, not one). This did not happen when the diagonal move feature was previously available. If this is intentional, players should be notified that making a diagonal match will cost them two moves, so that they can strategize accordingly. If it is not intentional, then this glitch needs to be fixed. Level 2908 starts with only 20 moves, so losing two moves at a time makes it extremely challenging.
