Sometimes, King has to tweak the number of moves provided for a level if they feel that other players think the level is too easy or too difficult. As a result, they adjust it to try to fit the difficulty needs of everyone involved. However, worry not! King always adjusts the level to a reasonable extent to make sure that it is still possible to win without purchasing anything! I hope this helps you!
