I go to King.com. Then I scroll down to bottom of the page and hit "contact us". I then follow the prompts and tell them the problem. That's how I do it. They can see your account somehow from their end of things and they know what you did and did not do. So they know what is going on and are usually fair about making things right when the error was on their part.

Sukanta_Biswas do they have it fixed yet and we will be reimbursed for boosters we used to try and pass the level that doesn't work?

At least for once I found out about this before I wasted boosters and gold bars. I must admit if your problem is genuine and you contact King or they contact you through your inbox, they usually give you a generous refund.

I also want a reimbursement for the boosters wasted on this level! Seriously, how can they not troubleshoot these levels before they put them out there? I liked it better when they released 15 new levels a week. They were much more entertaining and did not have nearly the amount of bugs these new levels have. Candy Crush has gotten to the point where is more frustration than fun!

Totally agree with @Brenda_Weber - it is fine to say these Levels are released on Windows 10 to get the help of the top players to identify glitches, however the absence of key ingredients in 2 levels is not a glitch it is a major error and should be identified and corrected before levels are released, even if it means a delay in release. 15 new levels a week was a much better option.

I totally agree! This is a major error and had anyone on the team tried to play it they would have realized it immediately. I found it on Wednesday morning at 6:30 AM. New levels were released at 4:30 AM. I tried a second time and them I posted that I thought it was a glitsch...why didn't the team try to play all the levels???? It is now over 36 hours since I encountered the problem and still no fix? This is a major error and King it seems, is not too interested in fixing it!

I partially disagree with @Brenda_Weber. If you think that going back to releasing 15 levels is a good idea to resolve frustruation due to extreme difficulty, it could be a disappointment for some players, especially "fast finishers" (the ones who finished the new set of releases in the last 24 hours).

The glitch or such error is probably the end result of the creators who forgot to check the level board before the new level release. Fixing such errors before the release is fine.

Just tried this level again and it is still not working... CC replied back to me this morning on Facebook that they fixed the level.... REALLY???? Waste my boosters!!!
