Candy Crush won't send or receive lives or requests for lives or tickets

Ever since we all just upgraded our IOS software update on iphone when we send requests for lives and tickets, nobody is getting them.  I see the notification on fb, but they don't load on candy crush.  I send lives daily to friends they aren't getting them.  There is a big red ! on the envelope button on candy crush.

    Hey Wanda,I have iOS 9.2.1 on my iPhone and my Candy Crush Saga version is 1.66; I have the ! on my envelope too but also get my lives as usual.

    Maybe do a restart on yours and see if that helps?

    For the past 5 days, I have not been able to receive or send lives in Candy Crush. Now is also the third day of trying to request tickets and neither any response for tickets or the tooth fairy.  Using King.com on my pc.

    I have checked that it is not combined with my face book, (even at that was never an issue before), it is not listed there on face book notifications.

    Also, I do not have this problem with any of the other games.
