Rami/Didi Boosters disappear when I advance a level

Hi all,
I am on level 4068, and I have noticed that when Rami and Didi give me an hour of color bomb, it disappears if I beat a level.
For instance, I beat level 4066 and hit bake. I came back a bit ago and got an hour of a color bomb. I had it for two attempts at 4067, winning on the second try. When I moved to 4068, no color bomb.
What's the deal here? These boosters are a big deal to me because I don't get the advertisement boosters anymore, so I need what I earn.
Any help is appreciated!
