No possibility to watch commercial Videos anymore

Hello,
suddenly there is no option to watch commercials anymore. I am connected to Facebook and used to have the option to watch a video for extra booster or lives and so on. From one day to the other this was not not available anymore.
The option for personalized advertisements in "My Account" Options is greyed out and i cant switch it on. I already reinstalled the game - and lost some booster in the progress.
I am using a Huawei P9 Lite phone with Android 7.0.
What can I do to get it back?

Hi @Paua, the test groups don't have anything to do with winning the jackpot. I have only won it once and have played for years. About your friends having different features, yes, we all have different versions. I haven't had the video for extra lives yet. @kaisimilia, your group might be done with the video feature. We all are in different groups with different features. I now have the option to watch a video for an extra wheel spin when I lose a level. You should be getting a new feature soon.0

Thx, for the info. I thought this was included in CandyCrush in general since I got the feature since I reinstalled CandyCrush a few weeks ago and it made made things much more satisfiing as I was starting every Level with at least one booster. A pitty it is only temporary. This will make me uninstall it again.

Could this be why I never get the jackpot and have never seen a video to get extra lives? Because I'm in a different group? I've been playing CC since 2012 ( love this game) but wonder why my friends seem to get certain things like the ads and jackpot and I don't.
Curious to know more about CC players being in different groups too.

Can someone tell me more about groups? I won the jackpot about a year ago, and around Jan 1 of this year I lost the commercials for bonus spins and extra lives. How do I know what group I am in, and since I lost the the commercials, what did I gain?0

I donโt get videos anymore. I think Iโm going to stop playing unless they come back. Iโm not going to pay for boosters.2

@mmiller404 we don't know what groups we are in. They select players to test new features. Just like with the sugar drops, I still have them but others don't. If they take a feature away, you should be getting something new. I don't like the game anymore without the option to watch videos for extra spins, boosters or lives. This is mostly a game you need those extras to beat some levels. Time to find a new game to play
