Candy Crush Level 363

I am on Level 363 and quite stuck. I notice that it is only giving me 12 turns. When I google the level and I see examples of people clearing the level, they have 30 turns. Why am I only getting 12 turns? Thanks.

Hi David, thank you for writing us here at King Care. I have seen a lot of complaints here from the players regarding the number of moves for a specific level. I have created a list of these complaints and forward this to a King Admin who then forwards it to the studio. I will add your message to the list.

Thanks. Yeah I eventually got lucky and got through it with only 12 moves. But the videos online showed the level having 30 moves. Not sure if the moves were decreased that dramatically intentionally.

Yes there are only 12 moves in level 363 even though all the videos show 30 moves. The best way to get through level 363 is by combining two colour bombs as early as possible. After this try using the stripped and wrapped candy combination and that is the only way to get through. Since there are only 4 different colours of candy it is easy to make striped candy and the candy wrapper. This might take you many tries as making colour bombs is not always easy. Good luck!

This has happened to me with several levels including this one. Many of the people commenting about it wrote their comments in August/ September 2018 and the STILL has not been resolved for any of these levels even after the employees respond to the comments saying they are fixing it/ sending it to the studio. Incredibly irritating considering how many tries it takes/ the amount of time wasted when you have to get completely purely lucky to beat a level like this in 12 tries

Been stuck on this level for like a week. It makes me not want to play any more. So it's supposed to be 30 moves? Even that'd be a challenge but doable. Twelve is impossible unless you get lucky. Closest I've gotten is 2 jellies left. Frustrating.

Hi @jjjjjjjjjjjjjjj @milefile and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 The studio is constantly monitoring the levels. If they are too hard or too easy for players they might tweak it a bit. If you saw the videos with 30 moves, they were probably recorded as soon as the level was released. Here are some tips and the video with 12 moves from a player who is very good at it.

If this doesn't help, I strongly recommend taking a break for a day or two to clear your mind. It helped me numerous times to finish the level once I come back to the game.

They are not going to help with this. It's a gimmick to get you to buy more stuff to help you complete the level. You either have to shell out some money, or hope to get incredibly lucky.
