Lost goodies

Hi, while playing phone froze and rebooted, once I went back in I had lost all my goodies and rank. I was on rank 89 and had 100+ of all goodies. Had 2 ufo's,2 striped brush and 2 party booster. Please help

Free Up Storage Space

To make enough room for the wanted apps, there are two options: delete files from device or move the files to SD card. You can remove some useless apps, old photos, videos and songs to free up space. Or move unnecessary apps to SD card: go Settings > Apps or Application manager > select one app > choose Move to SD card option.

Clear App Cache

It will help you delete the unnecessary app cache that causes the crash. Go to Settings > Apps/Application manager > Choose the app candy crush saga > Tap Clear cache option.

Make Sure Stable Internet Connection

The slow or unstable network connection can also lead to app crashes on Android.

I had the same issue 2 days ago
The game just froze and when i restarted it,i lost all my boosters and powerups except for my gold.
I didn't have any problem with my phone it's updated,the game is updated and battery charged.
Everything worked perfectly!

We are sorry for your problem. In the case of Android or iphones, boosters are stored in device memory. you can't moved or synced them. and by the game freezing, crashing or uninstall you will lose them permanently. which not returnable.
King team has not yet launched Booster Sync for these devices. So you may have to face this problem.

Here are some tips for not facing this kind of problem in the future,

Make your device software auto update.
Make your app auto update.
Don't open game when battery below 25%
Don't accept incoming call when you playing this game.
Close all background running app before start this game.
Make free device internal memory up to 2 GB

The same thing just happened to me. The app asked me to update to the newest version. After the update finished, i logged in to find all of my boosters missing. It might be a good idea for King to sync boosters so that players who pay money for them don't lose them.

We are sorry for your problem. In the case of Android or iphones, boosters are stored in device memory. you can't moved or synced them. and by the game freezing, crashing or uninstall you will lose them permanently. which not returnable.
