system crash

after each game played...system crashes with a picture of a dog (?) from your support saying sorry -you have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix..try again in a moment,,.it's been  two days...when will this get fixed...really annoying....I need to reload game each time...

    @Roberta_Lehrman - welcome to the community!  Are you playing on a PC?  Several other players have reported having problems loading Candy Crush Saga.  I have asked the community moderator about this problem (Candy Crush Soda had some similar problems and it turned out it was a problem with their servers).  Keep checking this thread for updates.  Thank you for your patience.

    Can you tell me what Operating System you have running in your Computer? Is it Windows 10?

    I have a HP chromebook x360...looks like it has a chrome OS operating system...

    I checked articles online about Chromebooks and its Operating System.  It is a Laptop running the Linux-based Chrome OS as its Operating System. These devices are primarily used to perform a variety of tasks using the Google Chrome browser, with most applications and data residing in the Cloud rather than on the machine itself.

    If this Laptop is still under Warranty, it is best that you contact HP Support since it is an HP Brand. HP Support can access your computer remotely and fix it for you.

    If that is my Laptop, I wouldn't go anywhere else but contact HP Support.

    Windows 10 is the only Operating System that Meets the System Requirements to run Candy Crush Saga App. Is your Operating System Windows 10 or is it Windows 7?

    Hello guys
    I noticed it was a problem for facebook. Not only you, many are facing this problem. This is a temporary problem. Keep a little patience, hopefully it will be resolved very soon.
