Level 4600 , why do I have no boosters when I have just bought the dainty package? ? What a rip off

Just purchased the dainty package , yet I have no boosters on level 4600 , this is not acceptable

I’m having the same problem. It’s very frustrating to the point I’m ready to quit playing the game.

I agree with this post. Can’t use boosters but it will deduct them if you fail the level. Typical Candy Crush frustration! 😡😡😡

Sorry doesn't return my money , or resolve the other problems! It's a joke. Why hasn't there been any official response to my problem?

Then the timer should be paused on the boosters I purchased! I have paid for goods I have not received, that's robbery! Not only an issue with boosters , but the bot is taken off you when you cannot even use it and the hint app highlights moves that you can't even make !!

You can not use primary starter booster just for this level structure. But the next level will be effective.

If that is the case , it should be stipulated when purchasing any booster packages. I have paid for an hour of boosters that I cannot use , and I deserve a refund.

The issue that you have mentioned regarding being unable to use boosters on levels 4600 is due to how these levels are actually each tutorial levels implemented with the release of the new Crystal Candies. For this reason, the boosters that can generally be enabled or used prior to entering the level will not appear for use on these particular levels, however they should appear on levels such as 4599 and the levels 4601 and beyond.

The boosters you had previously should still appear in your inventory, but just wont be available for the mentioned level.
