Candy crush saga crushed. (lost lives,envelope,friends and ability to send our receive lifes)

Hi everyone, I wish and hope that the staff of king.com platform is for real.  For many WEEKS/MONTHS/YEARS that seems to have a BIG problem with their game CCSAGA.  So I'm with window 10,latest version of flash,my cache and cookies too is already deleted every time I come on candy crush saga game etc.  No facebook, so don't tell me I'm not up to date...Are you doing all of those problems to try to sell your stuff(boosters,gold bars) If so: Tell us and stop turning without answering the question by a question.  I'm really frustrated for you not being honest with us.  
My question is: why don't you CORRECT all of those problems for once! Before you tell me to go download the version of candy crush saga on windows store witch I HATE, and to wait for an update SOMEDAYS?


Hoping you really DO something!

    Hey i,m really sorry about your problem and maybe try to understand that maybe some  candy crush saga can't correct some problems.😊

    I've more or less given up playing. Some days I might play soda but even getting bored eith that.candy crush was the best. Now no lives from friends and no progressing onto the next level. It's all a bit of a waste of time. And im not going go play through facebook. I hate it.

    Hi @Biloxy - if you're having issues with sending and receiving lives / roadblocks, I wanted to let you know we are aware of the issue and working on it. 

    In spite of their best efforts, our Studio team haven’t yet been able to resolve this issue, but are still working very hard to get a fix in place for you.

    Due to the nature of this type of investigation, it’s not possible to give an exact date for the resolution, I’m afraid. The Studios strive to deliver the best playing experience, but bugs or errors can be tricky to pin down for a number of technical reasons.

    The issue is only with king.com platform however, and if you are able to play on another one, we recommend using that as a workaround for now. Other supported platforms are Facebook, Windows 10, Android, Apple and Kindle. You can find links to these platforms here under "Play Now".  

    This is a frustrating issue to have but hopefully you are able to play on the platform of your choice really soon.

    Thank you jelly jenny, I appreciate a real answer.  I'm will hopefully wait for the resolution of these many bugs.
