    Please help me. Im having the same problem for days now.

    i start with only 47 moves and my id is 1485462023

    @espie amount of moves can be different from the level versions you see online. This is because the game studio can tweak released levels to have a better balance between play-ability and challenge. If you want to learn more about this topic, check it out here.

    It’s been two days playing this level and nothing. Should I delete the app then reinstall? Will I have to start the levels over again?

    Hi @hazeleyes83 if you are playing on a mobile device I want to warn you that uninstalling the app and reinstalling it will cause you to lose all lives and boosters.  If you play through Facebook or the Kingdom then your progress has been saved on their servers. Just log in and your progress and gold bars should be there.

    Hi @hazeleyes83 there are players saying the ingredients are falling now - if you play the level until the end and the third ingredient isn't falling, could you do me a favor and attach a screenshot of the game board so I can take a look, please? 

    But before doing anything make sure you have the game up to date. You can update the game like this.

    I'm having the same problem. Spent 2 days trying to clear the level. Even though I start with 50 moves, I only get about 40 (the counter skips 2 sometimes.) The last cherry never drops.

    @Jelly Jenny I started a new message because a couple of players have already reported missing moves.  I tagged you in it but here is the link and we can keep track of it.  I asked if anyone can do a video showing what's going on in the game.
