Bug on level 3343

I started using boosters when I was left with the last move. But upon using my third hand swap the game says I was out of moves. How could that even be possible??!!! I would have cleared the last 2 red candies with that last move!!! This has already happened twice!!

Hi Andy, have you tried the level again after you wrote us here? Please let us know if you were able to clear it. I haven't heard of any glitches on that level yet. Yours is the first.

When you're entering the level can you check if you have 3 separate game modes to choose from? If you do and you select the diagonal moves, please be aware that you will use 2 moves if you use the diagonal move.

This is a special move so it's more valuable than regular moves

If you rather not use diagonal moves, you can choose another game mode.

This level is taking extra lives from me. It will skip intermittently and I have screen recorded for proof. Instead of 13 moves, it leaves me with 7-10.

Hi Elsa, thanks for responding. Yes I have cleared the level but only used two hand swaps on my successful attempt.

Level 18695,Candy Crush. I have no boosters or gold bars and have been playing this level for 12 days and not got close to completing it.
