Issues with game

for the past 3-4 days i have been in the middle or completed a level and app will crash. Ive updated. Deleted and reinstalled. Ive lost countless lives and boosters it’s annoying

Update device software If there is a software glitch, you can get rid of it by installing the latest software version. A new version will improve the overall performance of your device and its security and it will also bring bug fixes. If you didn’t enable automatic updates on your device, you can see if there is an update manually

Touch Settings.

Scroll to and touch General.

Touch Software Update.

If an update is available, touch Download and Install.

Read the terms and conditions and touch Agree.

Touch Agree.

Wait for the update to download.

Your iOS will restart to complete the update.

Then check your app update here https://apps.apple.com/in/app/candy-crush-saga/id553834731

I have been on the same level for several days and for some reason it keeps taking my chances, moves and rewards from me!! This really makes me upset and I’m now ready to delete the game/app. The intention is to play and enjoy the game....since that’s not happening.....what’s the point!!!

The server has many problems from the past few days. Not only you, many players are facing this problem, Some features do not work if the game is not fully connected to the server 😥
Please keep a little patience 😊
