Sugar Drop Timed Prize Just Ticked And Timed-Out In The Backpack Of Sweet Supplies

Sugar Drops used to be my Dedicated Booster Accumulator.
It still is but the Timed Boosters just Stay, Tick and Time-Out
in the Backpack of Sweet Supplies. What good will they be to
anyone if that is the case? It is like leaving your umbrella in
the car when it is raining hard. This is not good!

Now that I've fixed the Screen Resolution Issue, I am not
enjoying much of the Boosters that I won for completing the levels.
Has this happened to you?

Did you see that a lot of players were affected by the Screen Resolution Issue? Were you affected by it as well?

There is nothing we can do about the "Timed Boosters". The only people who can make adjustments within the game are the Game Developers. Timed Boosters are OK if you get to use them but if they just sit there until time run out, what is the point of awarding them?

Hi there!

Before the July 9th Windows 10 Update that affected CCS App and Facebook App Screen Resolution, I never had issues with my Game. After I did a Windows 10 Clean Install and CCS Download and Installation, I see all sorts of problems that other people were complaining about before that I never knew I would have till now. Everything else is fixed but I can't fix this one, unfortunately.

Didn’t know there are upgraded platinum pins
Why didn’t someone told me that there is upgrade and u can earn more pins and reward I thought like every other event there is no upgrade now I just achieved the first one and in only 2 days I can’t collect 81 platinum pins there is miscommunication about this event anyone with this problem
