Striped Candies not collecting all candies

Hey
Basically I am stuck on a level but what I have noticed is that my striped candies are missing the candies I need which is very frustrating but if I would've gotten those candies that it missed I would have long finished the level
If I am able to get help would be so helpful

I can't take a screenshot as it is in the middle in the game and the only way to take a screenshot is swiping down with 3 fingers and it doesn't really work
But basically when the striped candy explodes it skips over some candies0 -

I can't take a screenshot currently on my phone
But will do with GoogleThis is not the level I'm at but this is how it normally goes right?
so now instead of it saying 60 and exploding the candy it doesn't give me any points and the candy is still there afterwards it does show like a line going on top0
