Lvl 1907, how i can get only 16 moves but all in youtube tipvideos had 24?

Hi, @aloppi! Sometimes King decides that a level is looking a little too easy. To make it a little more challenging for players, they'll tweak it, usually by decreasing the number of moves, which is what they've done here. The videos you see are probably old videos that were made before the change was made. I hope I've answered your question! Have a great day and welcome to the community!
