I am at level 2076. Β When I obtain about 12 out of the 20 bears it freezes up mid play. Β It seems to be when I get down on the right side of the screen. How can I fix this.Β0

Can not understand why candy crush freezes for no reason and i am not getting the treats that come up on my phone ,I am definitely not a newbie I have been playing for years as I am up to 40025 I was further than that but lost some for some reason I do not know
