Ok. I have been waiting for about a week to have tickets issued to me when requested. I do not get any ticket requests, nor am I getting any tickets. Nor am I getting any lives that are sent. I DO NOT play on Facebook. I have been using the same browser for over a year. That is current. The Adobe Flash Drive is current. I play on Windows 7. That should answer all the questions I am bound to get regarding this. I have no idea if tech support, it has to be on your end, not mine, is aware of this problem. I really like this game, but considering the amount of trouble that keeps occurring with it, I am beginning to wonder if it is worth it. Is it possible to have this problem corrected???

Same problem stuck at gate http://prntscr.com/oh27ps no tickets coming, http://prntscr.com/oh27w6 been couple of days. It might be the reason I stopped playing last year

It is better to use Facebook, but you can still get tickets and lives through a King account. This depends on the friends that are on the King account though. I play using a King account and i have gotten tickets, but never any lives. So, my advice to you is if this keeps on, and you really dislike it, play using Facebook. -
Someone really needs to address this issue. I play on the Iphone app, no Facebook and used to receive lives all the time. I no longer receive lives from other players nor do I receive request to send lives. This stopped about two months ago. A fellow household member is in my friends circle and that is the only person that I can send and receive lives from. It seems to have something to do with being online at the exact same time. The answer is not to play through Facebook the answer is for them to fix the problem. It’s not just happening on Windows systems.

I have never played through facebook and shouldn't have to. The friends I have on the king account all show as offline and haven't shown as online in good long time. Also none of that address the fact that the counter is at zero for toothfairy to let me by http://prntscr.com/ojhtvy . Please fix this issue.

It would be better if King was just honest with customers instead of this fobbing of routine example saying the problem is being worked on, closing or moving the thread and telling people to have a nice day. If there is to be no free tickets, tooth fairy or lives from friends for those of us still trying to play on king.com why not just be honest about it.
