Get rid of Timed Sugar Drops/Boosters

The studio appears to doing some testing with timed boosters. First a large group of people lost the ability to get regular boosters from collecting sugar drops and got timed boosters instead. Now it appears that some people are getting timed boosters for the daily calendar and some said they even get some with the daily spin. This poll is specifically aimed at voting to get rid of the timed sugar drops so the game studio can clearly see the votes and opinions of the players.

FYI - the other poll "Keep Sugar Drops" - was created when the game studio took away entirely the ability to collect sugar drops and get boosters from a group of people (who now can collect sugar drops again but in some cases they are now timed).

Play the old flash version. You get regular boosters for collecting sugar drops. You will receive double the amount of sugar drops for passing a sugar drop level. From your computer or laptop go to https://king.com/play/candycrush. You may need to register/sign-up if you have not already done so. This link takes you to the old flash version of candy crush. If you see the dog, click on the dog or below the dog on the rectangle where it says "Get Adobe Flash Player." This will bring up a box where you can allow Adobe Flash to run. The example below is shown on the Microsoft Edge internet browser. Browsers vary, this may look different, the message box to allow flash player may appear in a different location. Also, our computers/laptops have different graphics cards, configurations etc. I can get the old flash version to work on a variety of browsers but for me it will not work on Firefox. On Maxthon it just works, goes right to the game, no dog. On Opera "Click to enable Adobe Flash Player" appears in the middle of a blank screen. I do not know what browser you use? Boosters received on the old flash version sync with Win 10 and the HTML version but not with your mobile. Gold Bars sync everywhere.

Agree. While I might not quit this at times, very annoying game, I certainly will not pay for boosters.

NO use for this idiot change! What were they thinking?! Nobody is going to be blackmailed into paying, by this. It is more likely that they will become annoyed enough to quit the game, instead. 😠

@Lynn_Kalbfleisch Seems you missed her reply on the last page. "The rewards in Sugar Drops will stay as they are at least until mid-August as the game studio is reviewing feedback."

A new week of new levels. I was hoping timed boosters would be gone. They are still there and did not get a single lollipop hammer for completing the 180 sugar drops. I used up all I had acquired trying to complete this level. @Jelly Jenny when is this madness going to end.

I agree that timed boosters are a bad idea. I like to build up my inventory of boosters, so I can put whichever one I want to use on a level, if I decide to use a booster for the level. In my view, this idea of King is just a ploy to try and get players to BUY BOOSTERS ... It will not be that way for many of the players.

Thank you @Jelly Jenny, however I think the Shareholders and Advertisers will “review” the games studio before mid August. I have not played Candy Crush for a week now, but have found plenty of non King products that have grabbed my attention.

For the timed boosters I think you are only looking at it pessimistically and not realistically. Timed boosters are actually useful for speed of the game and efficiency. It may have limited duration but at the present of the game it's purpose is so you get things quicker .
This is the reply I got. How does it make getting things quicker by the time you have reached 180 sugar drops the earlier rewards have run out. King obviously are not bothered. Most useless feature.
The amount off comments suggest king have got it wrong.

Thank you @Jelly Jenny for the update. Some of you may not realize it but the game studio is located in Europe and it is traditional for Europeans to take time off during the summer (I have personally experienced this since I have lived in Europe in the past) so I am sure they are reviewing the feedback but they are also probably not fully staffed but they should be towards the end of summer and hopefully you will see some changes at that time.

I know how frustrating it is for those of you who still have the timed sugar drops. I am one of the lucky ones who got regular sugar drops back. However please be patient and hang in there.

I don't think she is being slippery at all. She has just told us that the Sugar Drops will stay as they are until mid-August. I think individuals are frustrated irrationally. My interpretation is that Jelly isn't 100% sure hence why she said 'mid-august and not giving us specific details when it is going to end.
