Lost my rewards

I came in first place on the weekly challenge for space race I was giving my rewards but now there gone, i did not get a chance to use. This is not the first time that I've had problems with disappearing Rewards.

    @firebombmsrkus I received my notification that I came in first place, I did see the rewards that I was given but I was out of lives at the time so I came back 30 minutes later and my rewards were gone.

    @firebombmsrkus it was 2 different timed candybombs I believe they were timed for 2 hours?

    @Melody1299 Time limited awards can't be saved for later. You need to use them the minute you win them cause they are counting immediately and they dissapear after the time is gone.

    @firebombmsrkus yes I understand that! But I had timed myself to be back on the game in 30 min ( because I was out of lives) when I got back on my rewards were gone. Again this is not the first time this has happened.

    @Melody1299 I understand what are you saying 😊 But note that if you win the time-limited award and leave the game it won't be there when you come back. There is actually an idea in the Ideas section that suggests this. You can vote for it on the link below.

    @firebombmsrkus Thank you. I believe this is totally unfair as I was out of lives. So in other words I was expected to buy Liv to use game pieces that I won?!

    I lost two sets of rewards yesterday. I ranked up and claimed my rewards and then I looked and they were all gone. Then I also came in first place the same day on a ticket challenge and tried to claim my rewards and then a commercial came up and got none of the rewards for that either. Twice in one day none of my rewards were actually given to me, sort of upset about that. And I usually don’t complain but I feel like the game has a bug. I use an iPhone 8 Plus and it is always up to date.
