why does my game keep freezing up

IM on windows internet eexplorer, Its been a wk that each time the bomb comes up my game freezes up. Very upsetting, IPlease try to correct this for me

Make sure you play on a supported browser first. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Opera.
Then reinstall the game if the game still is freezing for you.
1) First, we need to remove the game from Facebook here:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
(don't worry, your levels, Boosters, Gold Bars won't get deleted)
2) Clear the cache on your browser:

3) Close the browser.
4) Reinstall the game by clicking here:
https://apps.facebook.com/candycrush

why does my game freeze up after i buy something. i was down to one chocolate left and i purchased a sucker and it froze.this has happened often.
