I do not receive lives

I'm playing on king.com. 2 months ago, I still got 1 - 2 lives every day from different players, then I didn't receive lives anymore. I always send and ask lives. Since some days, I can receive lives again but only about 1 per week and always from the same person. I see the communication that this person sent 1 live when I open the game, but I don't accept it immediately because my lives are full (5). When I later like to get it, there is no envelope and also no live to pick up.

I have 45 "friends" on king.com.
How is it possible that I cannot get more lives?
Why does the envelope disappear? 
Why king is giving me "friends" that don't play anymore?

    Yes, I only played at King.com 4 years ago. The friends are assigned randomly. After one year I did not have any more life and no tickets for CCS. I was forced to connect to Facebook and make new friends. Now I have almost 5000.

    I played on facebook too, but there I couldn't get any lives. So I changed to king.com where I at least got some lives.

    Werner, if you use Chrome browser (the others I don't know), you can make a right click and choose "translate" to understand easily foreign-language comments.
