My saved boosters are gone!!!

Between 269 and 270 level reached happened strange. Started on the phone and Candy Crush app. Suddenly the owl rushing when I open the game again, while I realize that all my boosters are gone! They are nowhere! I have collected boosers in safe 2-3 years. I have not done anybody update either on the phone or app. How can they then just disappear? Is anybody automatic update that has caused this? Is it a bug in the game or what? I demand a good explanation for why it has become like this? Feels just like a waste of time when such a thing happens, just all of a sudden! I am very angry and disappointed right now. I had upwards of 193 color bombs, 93 striped and wrapped, 167 jelly fish, coconut wheels 97, 51 free replacements and 58 candy hammer !!

Hi there!- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am really sorry that you have lost your boosters, I can understand your frustration. Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost.

For this reason we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.

I’ve lost over 100 flying saucers it happened to me quite some time ago my phone got wet and I had to get a new one I could still play on that old phone for a while but then I accidentally logged in to a different phone and everything was eliminated when you have won a lot of games in order to acquire Saucer boosters, they are difficult championship games, to lose those saucers it’s really a hard break I was quite disgruntled after that and I played 1000 games under a different avatar I didn’t even want to work on higher levels anymore . But then I accidentally logged into Facebook And it brought me back towards the top . So I struggled my way back up and now I’m always at the finish line every Wednesday.
