To ensure the change is a positive one, a randomly chosen group of players is always selected to trial the feature. Then, they look closely at how the change has been viewed and then decide if it's something they want to permanently implement in the game or not. Unfortunately, King has no control over how these groups are selected or chosen.
Because these groups are randomized, it is possible to have them on one, all or none of the devices currently used to play (if you use more than one). The groups also account dependent, so even if it's currently available on one of your devices, if you were to connect another account to it, it's possible the feature might disappear.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
