Things disappeared and work baddly

Hey guys
Very disappointed with CC for some time... many bugs !
° Dexter challenge on Thursday has just disappeared after collecting the 50 green candies
° Rami challenge don’t appear anymore on my iPhone while it’s on my iPad
° My robot has disappeared too
° They didn’t give me the new levels since August 21...

We noticed some issues like this and we have already reported the problem to our team.Don't delete or uninstall game app, and wait for the next news.

No I have not managed to update CCS.

However, I did have a different app update successfully, this makes me think that it's an issue with CCS and not with Google Play. Also, as stated earlier, I have plenty of spare GB, so it also does not look like a space issue.

Please recommend something different.

Hi Sukanta, that's the entry link for google play support, it leads on to https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7512202 which I referenced. I have tried the suggestions in both those pages: plus the problem is specific to the CCS update, my other apps are updating just fine: I had another update go through successfully today.

I haven't had any new levels for android since August. This is probably because the update from 30 August is still pending.

Every time I try and install the update from google, it starts downloading, then starts downloading again, then starts downloading again... and then gives up.

I've tried a whole bunch of suggestions from google play listed here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7512202

There should be enough space on my device, currently 23 GB used of 32 GB, and I have 5 bars of wifi.

Other google play app updates are updating just fine, it's specifically CCS from 30 August that is not working.

What else should I try?

Of course, there will always be more 60 levels in Windows 10 App. @seasong did not get the levels due to the app update.
I hope his problem is solved.

It does mate because there's more levels on the pc version then the app version.

It depends on the device you have. Levels get released on pc first and have more levels then the app version.

It's sure that CC works oddly right now! Try updating as I did, it worked for me with new levels issue
I bought lollipops a long time ago and never get them...
So since that day I vowed to buy nothing anymore in the game but you can progress without buying, just be patient.
Sometimes I grumble because it works badly but I like this game too much to leave it

Candy Crush is getting a little to bootleg for me. Like Seasong noted, things are not working and disappearing. Heck there was a new chest/treasure hunt and that ish disappeared while I was still logged on playing the game. I have spent money and time! I am really starting to look for other games to occupy my time and money!!!!!!!

why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
In app purchases
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
