Booster wheel gone, and no checkered flag?

hello,
my booster wheel has been gone for about a week, I can’t access the episode race for the checkered flag power ups (watching videos), and I see my tortoise avatar is also gone!
am I doing something wrong?

This problem usually occurs if your game is not connected to the server. So try to do this step below.
Log out game > Restart your device > Open game & Log in.
If you can't do that then app have been corrupted

I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, even did so yesterday after doing the facebook thing.

Your app may have been corrupted. If you uninstall and re- install the game App, will solve the problem, but you will lose your stored boosters.

Perhaps you stopped the game for a while? If you close the game 90 days then the game becomes expired. But there are ways to get back.

Follow the step below and let me know.
Open facebook > setting > apps & websites > candy crush saga > edit > save

The same error with me, Magi. I also want to know the solution. The error was taken 4 days. I did unstall the app, reinstall again, and restart my device but didn't get good result and lost my inventories (sweet supplies). 😔

The booster wheel at the end of a failed level keeps loading and I cannot access it.
I've a snapshot of it.

and also, the “win boosters!” Wheel at end of failed try just loads and loads, it doesn’t activate?
plus? The candy factory thing that pops out a wrapped present ? It says “connect to claim...” and I push OK and nothing! What do I need to connect to?

but my wife had a checkered flag that gives her boosters, and I do not... she’s at 450, I’m at 241.... what’s that about?
