Thank you all for replying!

The problem was the latest update to Flashplayer (v 32d), it was causing the game to crash (as indicated in the pic). So I went to Adobe Flashplayer's website and downloaded the previous version and so far so good! For two days I've had no problems, so hopefully that has solved the problem.

Slow internet is NOT the CAUSE of Paragon99's issue. His Operating System does not Meet The Minimum Requirements To Run the Candy Crush Saga App. It is a very Old Operating System that is no longer Supported by Microsoft Corporation.

Hi there! Welcome to the Community!

Unfortunately, Windows Vista does not Meet The Minimum Requirements To Run the Candy Crush Saga App. Even Microsoft Corporation does not Support that Operating System anymore. Windows Vista Support Ended on April 11, 2007. It was a problematic Operating System during its time. To be honest with you, there is NO FIX for your issue. It is not compatible with the game itself. It is not compatible with Adobe Flash Player as well. I am sorry but your only option is to get a new Computer with Windows 10 because your system is not eligible for Upgrade.
