Reset King Password issue

Hi

I forgot my password to log in so that my progress can be saved on 2 devices. I changed my password on my phone but now can’t log in or log off and get an error message saying no internet connection. I can play the games but none of my progress is being saved now. What can I do to resolve this issue? I don’t want to uninstall the games as I’ll lose the bonus items that I’ve accumulated.

We're very sorry for your problem.If you change the password on Facebook or the Kingdom without logging out the game, the game app is more likely to be corrupted. In that case you must reset or uninstall App, Without doing this you cannot connect the game with server.😭
You will lose the fully stocked boosters.
If the device is Android, you can try clearing the Cache.

For the i-phone, delete the App and install Fresh.
