Lost my Inventory on switching phones!

When you be restoring my Inventory? I sent an email on the support Contact Us without reply! I switched phones using the Facebook Log in to successfully save my progress, presently at 3922. however, my Inventory all went to zero!!

How will you refill my lost Inventory as follows:

16x Gold bars

134x Colour Bombs

13x lollipops

168x Striped 7 Wrapped combo's

470x Cocunut rings

11x Hand switches

106x Fish

86x Lucky Candy

1x UFO

Not an insubstantial chest of goodies I would like credited back to my account asap.

This worked for me when I changed to a newer iPhone :
Back up all data and apps etc on old phone. Then go through the process of the start up on new iPhone. It will ask you if wish to transfer data you have backed up. Select your old devices backed up data and apps and start the transfer. It should give you all the apps you had on old phone and nothing will be missing providing the apps you had on old phone are using the same iOS and not needing updating. Be sure of this before attempting transfer. The candy crush saga doesn't detect you are using a new device and all boosters should be intact

How do you restore your inventory on Candy Crush?

That's a bunch of bs..most people play on their device...& you won't even restore items they purchased???? Definitely won't be getting another dime from me..

Hi Minesh,

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
