LEVELS BACK

hello, I need help to recover my progress, 
on Tuesday, September 3 I reached level 3000, and since yesterday it only allows me to play from level 1626,
 I need to return to the level I was playing, thanks

@busti If you haven't already, please try clearing the Safari cache and then reconnecting to your King account:

Disconnect the game from your King account
Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data (Super important).
Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds
Turn on the device again
Open the game app again and reconnect to King account.

If that doesn't help, please contact our Player Relations Team here so they can get you back on track. It's important to make sure that you select "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.

It looks like either you have 2 King accounts with different log in credentials (one on mobile, one on king.com) or the game at king.com hasn't been saving your game properly.

I recommend making sure your credentials are exactly the same on both devices and logging in and out of your King.com game. You can Log out from the "Settings" at the top right corner.

First you open facebook account from browser.
Open the new tab and open the link https://king.com/game/candycrush
Click setting
Account setting
Enter your king password then click score & progression sync

I did all the steps still have me on level 66 on my new device I just beat level 2376 on my laptop at King.com on my laptop I’m currently on level 2377 but when I log in on my phone it shows me at level 66

Likely, your game progresses were not properly synced with the Kingdom. You check a final solution, but to do this you lose all stored boosters.
Uninstall game app > Restart device > Install game app > Open game & Log in.
If it is still not resolved

Update the software

If there is a software glitch, you can get rid of it by installing the latest software version.

A new version will improve the overall performance of your device and its security and it will also bring bug fixes. If you didn’t enable automatic updates on your device,

you can see if there is an update manually:

Connect your Android phone to the Wi-Fi Network. Go to Settings > About device, then tap System Updates > Check for Updates >

Update to download and install the latest Android version.

Your phone will automatically reboot and upgrade to the new Android version when the installation completed.

Check and let me know..

IN THE MORNING EVERYTHING WAS GOOD BY LEVEL 3019, AND IN THE EVENING THE GAME BEGAN AT LEVEL 1, THERE WAS WHEN SYNCHRONIZED WITH THE KINGDOM AND AFTER FACEBOOK YES, AFTER THE PROBLEM

Check A p p Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
