Candy Crush don´t function on handy

Question

For at least two weeks, I can only play Candy Crush
Saga on Facebook, but no longer on the phone. There is always only "Candy
Crush Saga stopped". I have already tried everything is so available
solutions on the net: caches emptied, everything shut down completely
uninstalled even the game with a heavy heart and re-downloaded. But all in
vain. It still does not work at all. What else can you do?
