Congratulations on your new phone! Before moving onto the new device, just make sure that the game is saved. If you don't use Facebook, you can create a King account and connect it to your game on the old device. Then you can move onto the new device and connect your game to the same account. Boom - you're all set to go!
The King account option you can find from the in-game settings here (it's the orange button):

As boosters and lives are saved on the device locally and not through our servers, they won't be following you to the new device.
