Level 243 only has 13 moves

Level 243 gives me only 13 moves instead of 40. Am I the only one? The level is impossible to beat with 13 moves and I am stuck on it for ages now. Is this a glitch? I can see that other users have the same issue on different levels. Please fix this.

Hi Aya, thank you for writing us here at King Care. I have seen a lot of complaints here from the players regarding the number of moves for a specific level. I have created a list of these complaints and forward this to a King Admin who then forwards it to the studio. I will add your message to the list.
