Help to restore my missing game-Saga level 1686?

Several weeks ago my Candy Crush Saga level 1686 disappeared from my mobile.  I started with the community-no one could help.  I was referred to customer service, a ticket was opened but nothing has happened.  Next steps??

    Hello @NancyChurchill643 - that is so strange that you just lost the level (it no longer appears on your mobile).  Was that the highest level you were at?  It is the start of the Sugar Shrubs episode.  Can you see the colored circles beyond that level or is it just blank?  Can you post a screen shot from your phone?  I'm sorry if I sound like I am duplicating things someone else might have already said - but I haven't seen your other post(s).

    I have nothing left of my old game.  So, I can’t send you a screenshot.  Such an odd occurrence!
    the only thing I have been able to do is start all over again at level #1.  1686 was my highest level.  I have been playing for over 5 years.
