Accessing a new episode on King.com...Fairy/Countdown not working can't Ask Friends?

I am wondering why I am unable to move to the next episode on King.Com for Candy Crush Saga? I would usually use Gold Bars but I have used all the ones I have and I have also tried asking friends for tickets but I am not receiving anything. The Fairy at first said it would open after 72 hours but then the countdown just reset to 0 and there has been no movement since. I have read that you can move to the Windows 10 app or Facebook, but I do not want to connect through Facebook....Is there any other option or will there be a fix?

If you do not want to connect to Facebook, you will have to wait until the problem is resolved. But you can play through Mobile App or Windows 10 App. You won't find the Tooth Fairy there.😊

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
